Dear ChunJiDo Family,
As 2011 comes to an end, Sensei Cutrell and I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of our ChunJiDo Family and we want to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! This has been an amazing year full of new accomplishments for all of us, new friendships that will now last a lifetime, and challenges that we all have met and overcome. 2011 was a year that saw the ChunJiDo organization celebrate successes in every corner of the world. Our strength as an organization is sustained through the support and commitment of every individual member.
As we reflect on the year I also want to give our respects to one or our great leaders who passed this year, Grandmaster Carlo Luciano Foralosso of Italy. Grandmaster Foralosso will live on forever in the hearts and teachings of the many great Masters of Italy who have the honor of carrying on his legacy. God bless our ChunJiDo Italy Delegation and be assured you have the prayers and support of your ChunJiDo Family as you grieve for this great loss and also bring the highest respects to the life of Grandmaster Foralosso as you continue his teachings.
As we look to the New Year I am sure there will be apprehensions on what the year will bring, but also realize that every new day is a day that you have been blessed with to develop new friendships, share the arts, and face challenges that will make you stronger. So I encourage each of you to live each day of this new year to its fullest. Take every opportunity to LOVE, LIVE, and LAUGH with your heart and soul. Hold on to precious memories and allow yourself the freedom to develop new ones every day of your life.
Again, I want to thank everyone in the ChunJiDo Family for your continued friendship, support, and commitment. As most of you know, I love quotes, and would like to close with this quote, I think it says it all…
“What greater thing is there for human souls than to feel that they are joined for life – to be with each other in silent unspeakable memories.” ~George Eliot
God Bless You All, and Happy New Year!
~Grandmaster Robert Cutrell and Sensei Nancy Cutrell
